Terms of Service

By using Touchline, you agree to these terms.

The service

Touchline is a personal football training tracker: session logging, a strength logger, an AI weekly planner, and related features. It is not medical or professional coaching advice — use your judgement (or a qualified coach/medical professional) for anything involving injury, pain, or health decisions. The AI planner's suggestions are generated automatically and are not a substitute for professional coaching.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the training data you log. You must be old enough in your jurisdiction to agree to these terms, or have a parent/guardian's consent.

Subscriptions

Touchline offers a free tier (limited session logging) and a Pro subscription (monthly or annual, with an optional free trial on the annual plan) for unlimited logging and additional features.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.
• Prices are as shown at time of purchase and may change for future billing periods with notice.

Acceptable use

Don't use Touchline to upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or misuse the leaderboard/coach-connect features to harass other users.

Community feed — zero tolerance for objectionable content

Touchline includes a community feed of user-generated posts and comments. Hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual content, nudity, graphic violence, encouragement of self-harm, spam and impersonation are not allowed, and neither is abusive behaviour towards other users. The full list of prohibited content is in the End User License Agreement, which you accept before creating an account.

We enforce this by:

• Filtering. Posts and comments are screened as they are written; content that breaks the rules is rejected before it is published.
• Reporting. Every post and comment can be flagged from its ••• menu.
• Blocking. Any account can be blocked. Their posts and comments disappear from your feed immediately, they can no longer see or interact with you, and we are notified so we can review the account.
• Acting within 24 hours. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks the rules, and terminate the accounts of users who post it. Content reported by multiple users is hidden automatically while under review.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account, which removes your data per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer & liability

Touchline is provided "as is." We aren't liable for injuries, missed training goals, or decisions made based on the app's suggestions, including the AI planner. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
