This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Touchline ("we", "our", "the app") and governs your use of the Touchline mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using Touchline, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Touchline on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with this Agreement and Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement terms.

You retain ownership of the training data you log in the app. By using optional features like friend leaderboards or coach-connect, you agree that the specific data needed for those features (e.g. your name, weekly load, streak) is shared with the people you explicitly connect with.
Touchline includes a community feed where users post text, photos and training sessions. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. By using the community features you agree that you will not post, upload, or send:
You also agree not to harass, stalk, or abuse other users through comments, likes, usernames, or any other feature.
How this is enforced. Content is automatically screened as you write it, and posts that break these rules are rejected. Every post and comment can be reported from the ••• menu, and every account can be blocked — blocking removes that person's content from your feed immediately and prevents them from interacting with you. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and terminate the accounts of users who post it. Content that is reported by multiple users is hidden automatically while it is being reviewed. There is no appeal to a removal for sexual content involving minors, credible threats, or hate speech: those accounts are removed permanently and reported to the relevant authorities where the law requires it.
If you see something that breaks these rules, report it in the app (••• → Report) or email touchline.app.football@gmail.com.
Touchline offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (Touchline Pro) for additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. See our Terms of Service for full subscription terms.
Touchline is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose, including medical, injury-prevention, or professional coaching purposes. Training suggestions, including those generated by the AI planner, are not a substitute for professional medical or coaching advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to injury, loss of data, or missed training goals. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula), to the extent it does not conflict with the terms here — Apple's terms govern where there's a difference.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term, or when you delete the app and your account. Upon termination, you must stop using the app.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Agreement.
